asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will provide estimates of public expenditure by programme in Scotland for the years 1968–69 to 1971–72, on the same basis as the United Kingdom estimates contained in Table 1.4 of the White Paper on Public Expenditure, 1968–69 to 1973–74, Command Paper No. 4234.
