§ Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what guidance he has issued to local authorities on the financial implications of the implementation of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969.
§ Mr. Elystan MorganParagraphs 35 and 36 of Home Office Circular No. 239/1969 of 18th November, 1969, gave guidance to local authorities in England and Wales about expenditure incurred by them in discharging new duties under this Act.
