Friend has asked are not readily available, but the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Her Majesty's Missions abroad are anxious to give as much assistance as they can to hon. Members making visits overseas, whether official or unofficial. If my hon. Friend has a particular visit in mind, I should be glad if he would write to me about it.
