§ Mr. Ross5,037 primary and 3,447 secondary. In January, 1969, the corresponding figures were 4,786 and 2,405. The areas affected are Glasgow, Renfrew-shire, Dunbartonshire, Lanarkshire and 191W Ayrshire. With the exception of Ayrshire the same areas were affected in January, 1969.
