§ Mr. Harold WalkerInformation supplied under the early warning system is confidential. I can, however, compile a list of major settlements, details of which have been given publicity. A bare summary of such settlements suitable for publication in the OFFICIAL REPORT would be misleading because the percentage increases relate to different periods, have different effects on the rates, earnings and hours of those concerned, and are justified for a variety of reasons. I will, however, write to my hon. Friend giving him full details of these major settlements.
