§ Mr. Priorasked the Minister of Transport 11) whether tenders have been received for the new bridge at Lowestoft; on what date a contract will be placed; and by what date the new bridge will be completed;
(2) whether he will give an assurance that the dates proposed for the completion of the new bridge at Lowestoft by his predecessor will be adhered to.
§ Mr. MurrayTenders for the new bridge have been received and are currently being evaluated. We hope to award a contract shortly and the bridge should be completed by the autumn of 1971 as previously announced.
