asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if, in place of the present concessions, by which incoming travellers are allowed duty-free entry on certain goods, limited both by quantity and value, he will allow duty-free entry on all goods up to a specified total value of not less than £25, calculated on the original purchase price.
