§ 39. Mr. Dodds-Parkerasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will consider a reduction in the duty on potato crisps and puffs, in view of the fact that the recent increase in price has switched purchases by children to sweets and confectionery, with a consequent adverse effect on dental health.
