asked the President of the Board of Trade when his Department's Report on the North London Airport Complex will be published.

The report of the internal Study Panel set up to examine the air traffic problems in the London Terminal Control Area north of London is under consideration. The report is not intended for publication but, in accordance with normal procedure, any proposals for developing the air traffic control system in the area will be discussed direct with the user interests concerned in the first place, and also in the Civil Aviation Control Advisory Committee where these interests are represented.
