Lady is referring to the dispersal of Govern-112W ment work from London, the transfer of 1,600 jobs had been completed by the autumn; I expect the total for the year to be about 2,000. If she is referring to transfers of statutory functions to my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland and for Wales, which took effect in 1969, I would refer the hon. Lady to S.I. 1969, Nos. 383, 388, 1067 and 1498.
