§ Mr. Geoffrey Lloydasked the Minister of Transport whether, in the consultations which he is holding about the increase of permitted weight and size for commercial vehicles, he will consider the possibility of restricting the roads upon which vehicles of over an appropriate weight or size may be permitted to be driven, in particular so as to avoid such vehicles being driven over narrow country lanes or town streets.
