HC Deb 27 February 1970 vol 796 c432W
Mr. James Davidson

asked the President of the Board of Trade which firm or organisation made application under the Customs Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act 1969 for imposition of an anti-dumping duty on imports of nitrogenous fertilisers from Belgium and West Germany; and on what grounds.

Mrs. Gwyneth Dunwoody

The application was made by the British manufacturers of these fertilisers on the grounds that these imports were dumped and caused material injury and threatened to cause further material injury to the British industry.
