asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity what talks have taken place between her Department and the Association of British Travel Agents in connection with bringing travel agents and tour operators within the scope of the Civil Air Transport Industrial Training Board; and if she will make a statement.

Mr. Dell

There have been several meetings with the association, which fully supports the proposal to bring travel agents and tour operators within the scope of this board. I shall be shortly laying before the House the necessary Order to give effect to this.
