§ Mr. DellThe director of the development council has sent my right hon. 381W Friend a copy of the Trade Union Advisory Panel's Report entitled "Principles for effective industrial training in North East England" and invited her to discuss it with the panel and the council's executive committee during her proposed visit to the North East in April to open the Government Training Centre at Durham. She has replied welcoming the panel's report and expressing the hope that a meeting can be arranged.
