§ The Prime MinisterAt a meeting of Commonwealth High Commissioners in London yesterday, there was a substantial consensus of view on the time and place of the next Commonwealth Prime Ministers' meeting. The Commonwealth Secretary-General is in communication with Heads of Government about this and hopes to make an announcement shortly.
