asked the Minister of Technology how many requests for industrial development certificates he has received from Portsmouth in the current financial year; and how many he has granted.

In the period from 1st April, 1969, to 31st January, 1970, 13 industrial development certificates were issued and none refused in the Portsmouth Employment Exchange area.
