§ Mr. MasonAs my hon. Friend the Member for Bolton, West (Mr. Oakes) was informed on 5th and 13th February, the Board of Trade placed on 2nd February a restriction on the Midland Northern and Scottish Insurance Company Ltd. because they were not satisfied 329W that the company had the solvency margin required by the Insurance Companies Acts, 1958 to 1967.
