Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will cause an investigation to be made to ascertain why, on two occasions between 9 a.m. and 9.45 a.m. on Wednesday 11th February the hon. Member for West Ham, North was in formed for there were no Ministers or others in authority in the Under Secretary's office present to receive a telephone call, and that those in authority do not normally arrive before 10 a.m.
