§ Mr. Gwynfor Evansasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will give a starting date for the dual-carriageway road which is to be built from Carmarthen to the West.
§ Mr. George ThomasWork is about to start on the Carmarthen Diversion Section "C" which will provide about 11 miles of new dual-carriageway road for traffic between Carmarthen and St. Clears. I also added a St. Clears By-pass, most of which will be dual carriageway, to the trunk road preparation pool in July, 1969. Apart from that I have nothing to add to the replies given to the hon.
