§ Mr. Gurdenasked the Minister of Transport when he will authorise the resiting of the pedestrian crossing at the corner of Upland Road and Pershore Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham.
Mr. Bob BrownResponsibility for the siting of zebra pedestrian crossings is delegated to local authorities and the resiting of this crossing is therefore a matter for the Birmingham City Council. I understand that proposals to move it to a safer position are now awaiting a final decision by the Council.
