§ Mr. BennThe available information is that estimated expenditure in 1969–70 by the Electricity Council and Electricity Boards in England and Wales, the Gas Council and Area Boards, and the National Coal Board is £12½ million, £5¾ million and £4¼ million respectively. I have not yet received the industries' proposals for 1970–71.
