107. Mr. Philip Noel-Baker

asked the Secretary of State for Defence whether he will reprint the Report on Chemical and Biological Weapons prepared in 1969 for the Secretary General of the United Nations by an international commission of experts; and whether he will distribute this report to all officers and men in the armed forces who receive training in gas warfare.

No. Copies of the report are already available to the appropriate staffs and I do not think a wider distribution is warranted.
