§ Mr. FoleyThe British High Commissioner in Lesotho is accredited to King Moshoeshoe II. Following the events which occurred in Lesotho at the end of January and which included the suspension of the Constitution, the High Commissioner was instructed to restrict his necessary contacts with the Lesotho authorities to the official level and to dealings affecting the safety of the British community and other interests for which the High Commissioner is responsible.
