§ THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, R.A.F. (LORD WINTERBOTTOM)Lessees of motorway service areas are subject to such conditions. At railway stations and airports, the terms of concessions are a matter for negotiation between the owning bodies and the concessionaries. I understand that in most cases they include requirements as to the standard of service to be provided.
