§ Mr. Youngerasked the Secretary of State for Scotland which of the projected targets contained in the White Paper "The Scottish Economy—A Plan for Expansion", Command Paper No. 2864, have now been officially abandoned.
§ Mr. RossAlmost all the principal objectives of the White Paper are being achieved on or ahead of schedule—higher productivity and higher earnings, record levels of industrial building and investment, reduced emigration, relatively lower levels of unemployment, a vast expansion of labour training and retraining and a sustained programme of infrastructure investment.
