HC Deb 18 February 1970 vol 796 cc155-6W
Mr. Rossi

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many applications were made in 1969 to rent tribunals for extensions of security of tenure and how many have been allowed or refused, respectively, giving separate figures for each rent tribunal area.

Mr. Denis Howell

Figures of applications for extension of security of tenure decided by rent tribunals in 1969 are set out below analysed by those granted and those refused. Since 1st April, 1969, statistics have been geared to tribunal decisions rather than to applications for extension of security.
