§ Mr. Hobdenasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now release John Crosskey from an approved school in view of the fact that he has committed no offence and in view of the evidence which has been sent to him by the hon. Member for Brighton, Kemptown.
§ Mr. Elystan MorganResponsibility for the release of this boy rests with the managers of the school. My right hon. Friend has considered very carefully, in consultation with them, the further information recently furnished by my hon. Friend, but can find no grounds for dissenting from the view of the managers that this boy is not yet ready for release.
