asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what was the percentage of the total yield of taxation in each of the 10 years 1960 to 1969 represented by each of the following taxes, namely, income tax, surtax, purchase tax, petrol duty, tobacco duty, customs and excise duties on alcohol, corporation tax, formerly income and profits taxes on corporation profits, selective employment tax, import duties, gambling taxes, estate duty, and all other taxes, indicating which figures are provisional.
