§ Mr. Michael Heseltineasked the Minister of Transport when he intends to take a decision on the application from Devon County Council to proceed with the fencing of Roborough Down.
§ Mr. SkeffingtonI have been asked to reply since the application was made to my right hon. Friend. He will give his decision as soon as possible. A number of objections have been made to the application and my right hon. Friend may need to hold a local inquiry.
