70. Mr. Dodds-Parker

asked the Minister of Transport, in view of the concern of those concerned with the operation of commercial road vehicles with regard to the operative date of new regulations concerning drivers' records, when he proposes to lay these regulations before Parliament.

The Drivers' Hours (Goods Vehicles) (Keeping of Records) Regulations, 1970, were laid before Parliament on 5th February.
