§ Mr. DiamondI recognise the present difficulties of the building industry and am keeping a close watch on the situation. As to stability, the best basis is the maintenance of a strong and steadily growing economy. As to administrative measures, I understand that my hon. Friend the Minister of State (Mr. Urwin) has written to my hon. Friend about his earlier suggestions.
