asked the Minister of Public Building and Works what studies have been made of the possibilities of amalgamating Government offices dealing directly with the public into single offices in towns.

There have been no recent general studies, but the possibility of accommodating in one building local offices serving the public is considered whenever there is a need for a new Crown building or the re-allocation of existing accommodation.
