§ Mr. Woodasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is the policy of Her Majesty's Government, in the light of the agreement reached by the Council of the European Economic Community on 25th January, 1970, in regard to financial assistance and the co-ordination of economic policy in the Community.
§ Mr. William RodgersWe are following these developments with great interest and see nothing in the agreement reached by the Council of the European Economic Community on 26th January which need cause difficulty in relation to our membership.
