asked the Minister of Technology when he will announce the site for the plant required to manufacture centrifuges for separating U-235.

The tripartite prime contractor company which will be responsible for design and construction of centrifuge enrichment plants is not yet in being. A decision cannot therefore be made for some time though for technical reasons it would be desirable for assembly of centrifuges to take place near the enrichment plant at Capenhurst.
