§ Mr. Prenticeasked the Minister of Overseas Development (1) what were the official aid figures for the calendar year 1969, in gross terms, net terms and as a percentage of gross national product;
(2) whether she will now give an estimate for the calendar year 1969 of private investment flows and export credits which count towards the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development target in gross terms, net terms and as a percentage of gross national product.
§ Mr. WhitakerI regret that I am not yet able to give reliable estimates as a percentage of G.N.P. for the calendar year 1969 of official aid, private investment flows or export credits counting towards the U.N.C.T.A.D. target.
