§ Dr. Ernest A. Davies"Other" in Category II of table 2.5 of Cmnd. Paper 4234 covers expenditure on the international space programme, assistance to the shipbuilding industry, the I.C.L. merger and capital, trading and other expenditure of the Atomic Energy Authority. The A.E.A. expenditure includes gross capital formation by the trading fund, and production expenditure and receipts. The total may fluctuate considerably from year to year.
