Mr. Mayhew

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when the hon. Member for Woolwich, East, may expect a reply to his letter of 2nd January relating to the misapplication of sterling remitted to Israel by the Jewish National Fund under the heading of charity, in view of the official statements by the fund that its primary task is the preparation of land for building settlements in occupied Arab territories.
