§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsThe Study Panel set up to examine air traffic control problems in the airspace north of London was a departmental one. As I explained in the House on 27th January, its report was internal and is not intended for publication. Proposals for new arrangements for the Luton airspace have been sent to the Civil Aviation Control Advisory Committee, which includes representatives of all major user interests, for discussion next month.
