§ Miss Jennie LeeUniversities are autonomous institutions and only they can decide, after taking into account the needs of their own staff and students, how far their facilities can be made available to others. This is a matter for consideration between the authorities of the Open University and of any other universities concerned. I hope that discussions will take place in a friendly and co-operative atmosphere.
