§ Mr. Denis HowellSince taking over responsibility for this subject in September, 1969, my right hon. Friend and his right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland and Wales have discussed the report with the Institution of Civil Engineers with a view to the amendment of the Reservoirs (Safety Provisions) Act, 1930.
