§ Mr. SkeffingtonWhen granting planning permission local planning authorities are required under Section 12 of the Civic Amenities Act, 1967, to impose adequate conditions for the preservation of trees, where appropriate, and to make any necessary tree preservation orders. I have no reason to believe that these provisions are inadequate.
