§ Mr. DellThe Construction Industry Training Board has submitted revised proposals for a levy on employers in the industry according to the category of workers employed as follows:
Firms with an annual payroll under £3,000 will pay 30 per cent. of the full rate of levy, those with a payroll between £3,000 and £5,999 will pay 60 per cent, and those in the £6,000 to £14,999 range will pay 75 per cent.
