§ Mr. GreenwoodNo; I would refer my hon. Friend to the statement which I made on 19th January in reply to a Question by my right hon. Friend the Member for East Ham, North (Mr. Prentice). I have examined very carefully the representations made on behalf of the Stockport Corporation.
