asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of those countries, including Commonwealth countries, to whom Her Majesty's Government has treaty obligations which would, in specified circumstances, involve the provision of military assistance.
