Captain Kerby

asked the President of the Board of Trade (1) if he will take steps to ensure that Shoreham Airport, which is owned by the Brighton, Hove and Worthing Joint Airport Committee but is let until August, 1970, to the now bankrupt Beagle Aircraft 1968 Limited, reverts after that date, or before, to its owners so that it can be operated as a municipal airport in West Sussex;

(2) if he will make a statement on the present position of the Beagle Aircraft 1968 lease from the Joint Municipal Airport Committee in respect of Shoreham Airport; and if he will take steps to ensure that this lease is not taken-over by Beagle Aircraft 1969 and sold so that
