97. Mr. Adam Hunter

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the new regulations regarding increased travelling, financial loss, subsistence and motor mileage allowances for local government representatives will come into effect.

Mr. Ross

The Regulations have been made, will be laid on 4th February, and will come into operation on 6th February.
