§ Mr. RossBuilding Standards Regulations were laid before Parliament as statutory instruments in 1963 (S.I., 1963, No. 1897), 1964 (S.I., 1964, No. 802), and 1967 (S.I., 1967, No. 1136). They were, as is usual, printed and published for sale by the Stationery Office. The draft proposals for these regulations were also printed and published for general sale by the Stationery Office, as were draft proposals published in November, 1968. The draft proposals and the regulations as finally made were given appropriate Press publicity.
