Mr. Elystan Morgan

asked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications what percentage of persons living in Wales is not able to receive the British Broadcasting Corporation radio programmes or is unable to receive B.B.C. 1 or B.B.C. Wales or B.B.C. 2 television programmes, or all or any of them.
