asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, in view of the details submitted to him by the hon. Member for West Ham, North, showing that Mr. Kevin O'Sullivan has admitted to owning 400 to 500 cars during the past six years without ever having paid any road tax on same, he will cause this person to be prosecuted.
