HC Deb 16 December 1970 vol 808 cc387-8W
Mr. Dell

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what action he takes when a survey of occupational pension schemes by the Government Actuary shows any such scheme not to be responding to changes in the value of money.

Mr. Dean

None. These surveys have been conducted to obtain statistical information, and information about individual pension schemes is strictly confidential to the Government Actuary's Department. Such surveys have shown that a substantial number of occupational pensions are augmented, to some extent, at or after retirement.
